Pocono Resort & Conference Center - Pocono Mountains, Lake Harmony

The hotel offers spacious rooms, but they come with a significant drawback of strong cigarette smoke odors lingering throughout the property. While the location is ideal for those heading to nearby attractions, the facilities appear outdated and in need of serious renovation. Staff members were friendly, but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired, making it hard for me to recommend a return visit.

The hotel could use a lot of improvements. While I was moved to a different room when I complained about the bedding, it still had stains and lacked basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The old decor and stale smells were off-putting, and the breakfast was not satisfactory. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you prioritize cleanliness and comfort.
